My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was fantastic, the restaurant was great and the staff were amazing. We had a junior Suite and it was faultless, it certainly exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was good, however when I asked a member of staff if I could have my coffee a bit stronger, the senior staff member intervened and quite rudely said it is filter coffee and cant be made stronger, I then asked if I could have a decaf coffee which they reluctantly made for me, the same senior staff member was rude to several guests 'maybe she was having a bad day'. However the stay really was amazing, with the exception of the above the staff were really kind and helpful, and we will definitely be staying again. I would recommend BW Mount Pleasant to anyone who wants to relax and recharge their batteries, it's a great break.

Plenty of parking,quick check in,nothing too much trouble for staff. Very large room and bathroom,spotlessly clean throughout with tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water. Booked for an evening meal which was lovely,plenty of choice,great staff and excellent value for money. The breakfast is self serve with an endless choice of food, perfect to start the day. The hotel is a lot bigger inside than expected with plenty of places to sit and relax and some individual quirky rooms to chill out in and have a chat and a drink. we would highly recommend this hotel and shall definitely visit again.

We stayed here the night before our daughter's wedding along with approximately 40+ other people. Many returned for a second nights stay after the wedding. We cannot fault the hotel or excellent staff in anyway. From the booking process onwards they were so helpful and accomodating. Everyone said the same thing. We all had a meal the night before and the food was both excellent and good value. They were very good at meeting dietary needs. Superb breakfast included in our room rate. The rooms were huge and glorious! Just a huge thank you all round.

The G&T ordered came with ice, lemon slice and pomegranate seeds and two black straws and stirrer. The walls are covered in quality pictures/prints/mirrors that show thought has been provided. The outside gardens are very well stocked and maintained. Price of the stay undercut other rivals and was worth every penny.

The receptionist was lovely upon our arrival and because we were staying 2 nights, gave me the choice of having my room cleaned in the morning or a free drink voucher, 1 guess which one I chose 😂. The food was fantastic from dinner through to the breakfast. The whole experience was brilliant, I can’t recommend Mount Pleasant enough.
