There was plenty of parking, welcoming staff when we came to check in and a great option of room service or a free drink each per night of our stay. Our room was stunning and the hotel had made a special effort when I emailed to say about my partners birthday. The room was also very large with a great, clean bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice on the buffet or the food to order

The hotel lovely, the room was big and the bed was so comfortable,could do with a thicker quilt though,I have pain in my back and the bed gave me no pain,room well worth the money, credit to the housekeeping who made sure the room was spotless and they were really polite (I know how hard it is as I used to be a housekeeper) the lady I spoke to in the restaurant for breakfast was so down to earth and lovely to talk to,all credit to her too, I have anxiety and because she was lovely,it put me at ease.especially travelling alone to treat myself.thankyou for giving me a ground floor room. The pizza I tret myself to from room service was so nice,if indulgent, and came promptly.

The breakfast was wonderful as usual lots to choose from ranging from fruit, toast, cereals, full English to alternatives for those wanting a healthy diet. Tea and coffee was included with this. A choice of fruit juices was available each day as well.

Where do I start.....everything was absolutely PERFECT! Literally perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a smile and very friendly staff. The level of service from the staff is second to none, nothing is too much trouble and they were all so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming, inviting, warming, friendly and relaxing. We had a Deluxe Family/Twin room and it had the wow factor as we walked into the room. The space in the room was incredible! It was very presentable and super clean. Theres not a single fault that I could find or mention. I was at the hotel for a wedding vow renewal and everything from start to finidh was amazing. It was an incredible day/night. Then to sleep....an amazing nights sleep on beautifully comfy beds with lovely bed linen in very quiet surroundings. I slept so well and had an amazing nights sleep. We had breakfast with our room too and this was another WOW factor. Im not normally one for the self serve buffets but this hotel just blows it out of the water with incredible choices of the freshest and quality ingredients. Proper thick tasty slices of bacon, proper seasoned butchers sausages, the most beautifully seasoned mushrooms and cooked eggs.....i could go on and on....it was simply divine! One of the best breakfasts ive gad in a long time and so much choice top, something to suit everyone! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel!
